My stay at the hotel was pretty decent. The rooms were a bit small, but well-organized, although the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. The service was nice and helpful, with staff wearing traditional clothes. The location was quite close to the city center, taking about 15 minutes to walk into Salzburg. The dining experience was good with a decent selection of food. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel rooms were large and beautiful, though a bit smaller than they appeared in the pictures. While the bugs crawling up from under the fixed beds and getting into the bedding was an issue, the hotel is conveniently located next to the reception, allowing easy access to the lobby discussions.
